About the Class:
A Vinyasa flow that merges holding poses, and a faster flow experience that increases the heart rate. When linking breath with movement, the practice becomes dancelike--an interplay of motion and stillness. Strength, flexibility, balance, and cardio come into harmony.
About the Instructor:
Stephanie's classes are focused on linking breath with movement, finding peace in moments of challenge, and awareness in moments of ease. She encourages students to be playful & uncover the most authentic version of themselves.
